Payment by credit card is a new service made available by the Revenue Commissioner's Office for the 2007 Ad Valorem Tax Collection Year.

(Note: Real and Personal Property tax notices for the 2007 Tax Year were mailed on October 6, 2007, and the Revenue Commissioner's Office will begin collection of ad valorem taxes on Tuesday, October 9, 2007.)

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW!

You will need to know the following before proceeding with your on-line payment:

1. You will need to know the account number you wish to pay and the tax amount you need to pay on the account. The account number and tax amount are on the notice mailed on October 6, 2007, to the address listed on the account.

2. Your payment will be made using our Bureau Code. The Pickens County Revenue Commissioner's Office has Bureau Code 3731895

3. A 2.5% convenience fee is charged for this service.

4. Be sure to get the confirmation number when your payment has been accepted by Certified Payments.
